緒言
睾丸類表皮嚢腫はきわめてまれな疾患であり，本邦では大矢1）の集計に中村ら2）が追加した集計では43例の報告がみられるにすぎない。その後大西ら3）の3歳男子で左側睾丸腫大を主訴とし除睾術が行なわれた症例の報告がみられている。われわれは本症の2例を経験したので報告するが，その中の1例（症例1）はすでに大矢の集計の中に数えられている。
The first case was a 17-year-old boy with a complaint of painless nodule in the left testis.
The well-capsulated mass was located in the parenchyma of the left testis. As the mass was suspec-ted to be benign, enucleation of the mass was performed, which measured 2.0 × 1.5 × 2.0cm in size. Histological diagnosis was epidermoid cyst of the testis.
