緒言
精嚢の原発性腫瘍の報告は，病理型の如何にかかわらず少ない。文献例の大部分は腺癌であり，良性腫瘍の報告は予想外に乏しく，本邦では，まだ記載されていないようである。
今回，われわれは精嚢の多房性嚢腺腫（multilo-cular cystadenoma）の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 65-year-old man with a complaint of hematospermia for 30 years was admitted to Hokkaido University hospital.
Seminal vesiculography and transperineal vesiculography showed cystic multilocular adenoma or coagulation in the cyst of the seminal vesicle.
Partial resection of the left seminal vesicle was performed.
Histologically the tumor revealed multilocular cystadenoma of seminal vesicle.
Primary benign tumor of seminal vesicle was rare. Our case is the first case of the primary benign tumor of seminal vesicle in Japan.
