睾丸鞘膜腔内嚢胞の1例

CYST IN CAVUM TUNICA VAGINALIS TESTIS: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　睾丸鞘膜腔内嚢胞は比較的稀な疾患であり，本邦においては，調べ得た限りでは2例の報告がみられるのみである。しかし，その発生母地や組織学的な形態については，問題点も多いようである。最近われわれは7歳男子にみられた睾丸鞘膜腔内嚢胞の1例を経験したので報告する。

A seven-year-old boy visited the Department of Surgery, Kanazawa National Hospital, on May 2, 1981 because of left lower abdominal pain for one-month duration.

He had been pointed out left inguinal hernia and left hydrocele testis at birth.

Needle puncture of left scrotal content gave yellow transparent solution. Blood chemistry, urinalysis and excretory urogram were normal. An operation was performed on May 18, under the same diagnosis made at birth. A cyst, 38×17×17mm in size, 5g in weight was found in the cavum tunica vaginalis testis.
