緒言
軟部組織より発生する肉腫の一つである1）malignant fibrous histiocytoma （略してMFH），あるいはmalignant giant cell tumor of soft partは比較的稀な疾患であり，特に精索のそれはこれまでの文献上，極めて稀と思われる2〜5）。よつて以下われわれの1例を報告したい。
A 55-year old man was seen with a history of a painless mass (nodular, firm, no-movable walnut sized tumor) in the right inguinal area of one month duration. No toxic was noted except for slight leucocytosis. Right high orchiectomy was done with the inguinal tumor and an enlarged lymphnode.
Pathological finding was malignant giant cell tumor of soft part with osteoid production (malignant fibrous histiocytoma, giant cell type) of the spermatic cord and its metastasis to the lymphnode.
The patient is well without any sign of local recurrence or distant metastasis 8 months after the operation.
