はじめに
最近われわれは精嚢結石の1例を経験したので報告する。精路結石は稀とされ本邦では今まで18例の報告がみられるにすぎない。本症例は精路結石としては19例目，精嚢結石としては9例目の報告にあたる。
The patient was 83-year-old man with frequent episodes of urinary tract infection, but with no symptoms.
Plain X-P, UVG and CT showed bilateral seminal vesicle stones.
The stones did not seem to involve serious clinical consequences, so they were not removed by operation.
