陰嚢内転位精嚢の1例

A CASE OF TRANSPOSITION OF THE SEMINAL VESICLE IN SCROTUM

　17歳，男性．半年前より右陰嚢内の無痛性腫瘤に気づき，1990年2月28日当科初診．初診時，右精索部に小指頭大の腫瘤を触れた．精索腫瘍を疑い，4月3日手術を施行した．腫瘤は精管と連絡しており，術中の右精嚢造影にて右陰嚢内転位精嚢と診断した．精管と精巣上体の移行部欠損および射精管欠損も合併していたため，転位精嚢を精管とともに摘出した．転位精嚢の本邦報告例は自験例で10例目となる．

A case of transposition of the right seminal vesicle in a 17 year-old boy with the chief complaint of the painless tumor in the right scrotum was reported. At first a spermatic cord tumor was suspected, but at operation we found the tumor was the right seminal vesicle by right seminal vesiculography. The absence of the vas deferens was also found at the junction to epididymis. Moreover right ejaculatory duct was absent. This case is the 10th case of transposition of the seminal vesicle in Japan.
