陰嚢内膀胱ヘルニアの1例

A CASE OF SCROTAL HERNIA OF THE BLADDER

緒言

　膀胱ヘルニアは，腹壁のヘルニア門を通つて膀胱壁が外に突出した状態で，欧米ではさほど珍しいものではないと言う記載が多いが，本邦における報告例は今まで20例にすぎない，最近私達は典型的な1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of right scrotal herniation of the bladder, 21st case in Japanese literature was reported. A 72-year-old male visited the Hokkaido University Hospital in July, 1976, complaining of urgency, a sensation of residual urine and difficulty of urination. Physical examination revealed a mass in the right scrotum and an enlarged prostate gland. Pneumocystogram and cystogram showed the bladder hernia-ting into the right scrotum. On September 20, 1976, under general anesthesia the repair of the direct inguinal hernia of the bladder and suprapubic prostatectomy was performed.
