緒言
精嚢腺嚢胞は稀な疾患と考えられている。今回われわれは下腹部痛の原因精査中，偶然発見された精嚢腺嚢胞の1例を経験したので報告する。
A cyst of seminal vesicle was found in a 44-year-old man with a chief complaint of lower abdominal pain. Diagnosis was confirmed by examination of its contents and vasoseminal vesiculography. After aspiration and chemotherapy, his symptoms were remarkably improved. Forty one patients with similar anomalies reported in literature were briefly reviewed. The usual age at the onset of symptoms was between 20 and 39 in the period of maximal reproductive activity. The chief complaint in the majority of cases was hematospermia, dysuria or infertility.
