精嚢嚢胞の2例

緒言

　血精液を主訴として来科する患者は日常外来診療においてそれほど珍しくないが，その原因を確診できることは比較的少ないようである。今回われわれは，血精液症の精査中発見した精嚢嚢胞の2例を経験したので報告する。

Case 1: A 44-year-old man was admitted to our clinic with a chief complaint of urinary retension resulted from a vesical blood tamponade.

Examinations of urinary tract disclosed no abnormal findings.

Seminal vesiculography revealed the presence of cysts of the seminal vesicle.

After seminal vesiculectomy, hematuria, hematospermia and urinary retension disappeared.
