緒言
高位異所性腎すなわち胸部腎は，きわめてまれな腎の単純性位置異常である。最近，著者らはComputed Tomography（CT）により容易に診断しえた本症の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A case of right thoracic kidney was reported. The patient was a 33-year-old male with a complaint of continuous oppressive feeling in the right lumbar region. Physical and labolatory studies revealed no abnormal change except for mild elevation of the right diaphragmatic level. Uroradiologic studies including angiography and computed tomography confirmed the diagnosis of right thoracic kidney.
Thoracic kidney is an extremely rare congenital anomaly and only 18 cases are found in the do-mestic literatures prior to this report.
