尿管結石と膀胱腫瘍を合併した尿管瘤の1例

A CASE OF URETEROCELE ACCOMPANIED BY URETEROLITHIASIS AND BLADDER TUMOR

緒言

　尿管瘤は他の泌尿器疾患との合併が多く，ことに尿管結石症との合併例は数多く報告されており^1），尿路腫瘍との合併報告例も散見される^2,3）。

　しかし，尿管瘤と尿管結石症と膀胱腫瘍の3疾患の合併は非常に少なく，われわれが調べ得た範囲で最近5年間ではみあたらなかつた。

The case was a 34 years old woman with a complaint of macroscopic hematuria.

Cystoscopy and X-ray examination revealed thumb finger-sized ureterocele at the right ureteral orifice, right lower ureterolithiasis and bladder tumor.

Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor and ureterocele was carried out, and then ureteral stones were removed.

Histological examination of surgical specimens showed early neoplastic changes suspicious of malignancy.

The relation between ureterocele and bladder tumor and ureterolithiasis was not clear.

Related reported cases were briefly reviewed and discussed.
