排尿困難を主訴に発見された陰唇癒着症の1例

A Case of Labial Adhesion with Difficult Urination

　82歳の女性が排尿困難を主訴に当科を受診した。左右の陰唇が癒着しており，ほぼ中央に小孔を認めるものの外尿道口，腟は観察できなかつた。腰椎麻酔下に手術を施行し，現在再発もなく24か月経過している。陰唇癒着症は非常に稀な疾患で，われわれが調べた限りでは今回の症例は本邦で30例目にあたる。

A 82-year-old woman was admitted with a chief complaint of difficult urination. She had severe labial adhesions with a pinpoint opening with urinary tract infection. The adhe-sions were surgically dissected under spinal anesthesia and recurrence was not seen at 24 months postoperatively. Labial adhesions in adult woman are very rare and only 30 cases have been reported in the Japanese literature.
