直腸浸潤を来した前立腺癌の2例

TWO CASES OF RECTAL INVOLVEMENT SECONDARY TO CARCINOMA OF THE PROSTATE

緒言

　前立腺癌から骨，リンパ節転移を来すことは少なくないが，二次的に直腸，S状結腸に浸潤することは稀である。さらに，このことが直腸診腫瘤の原発巣の鑑別診断を困難にさせ，かつ治療を複雑にしている。

　今回，われわれは，直腸浸潤を来した前立腺癌の2例を経験したので，ここにその概略を報告し，若干の文献的考察を加える。

Case 1: A 57 year-old man was first seen by us with complaints of nocturia and constipation on March 21, 1984. However, the patient was immediately referred to the department of surgery since carcinoma of the rectum was suspected by rectal examinaton. Histological study of the colonofiberscopic biopsy specimen of the rectal mass revealed carcinoma of the prostate invading into the rectum. Therefore the patient was sent back to our service. He underwent TUR-P and was followed by antiandrogen chemotherapy.
