尿管自然破裂の1例

A CASE OF SPONTANEOUS RUPTURE OF THE URETER

緒言

　尿管損傷は，外傷，手術および種々の尿管内操作によつて引き起こされるが，尿管自然破裂は極めて稀れな疾患である。われわれは結石を伴つた尿管自然破裂の1例を経験したので，その臨床経過と若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Case is a 60 year old female which was caused by a stone of the right upper ureter and was diagnosed preoperatively by urogram. This case was treated by surgical resection of the ureter at the site of rupture and nephrostomy was done for drainage followed by intensive chemotherapy lead to uneventful recovery. There are no such case reported in the Japanese literature by our review and only 35 cases could be collected from the literature abroad.
