緒言
重複尿管の1枝が盲端に終わる盲管重複尿管（blind ending bifid ureter）は極めて稀な尿管奇形である。最近，われわれは不完全重複尿管の1枝が盲端に終わる盲管不完全重複尿管の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 47-year-old female visited our clinic with the chief complaint of left flank pain. Excretory urography and retrograde pyclography showed the left blind ending branch of bifid ureter, left renal stone, and left ureteral stone in the true ureter. Urinalysis was not remarkable. 2 weeks after the examination, the left ureteral stone was found to be relocated within renal pelvis so she was dis-charged to be followed up as an out-patient.
The different of blind ending bifid ureter from ureteral diyerticulum was discussed.
