膀胱平滑筋腫の1例

LEIOMYOMA OF THE BLADDER

緒言

　膀胱平滑筋腫の報告は比較的少なく，本邦では大野ら（1916）^1）の報告が最初とされ，その後現在までに43例の報告がみられる。最近われわれは本症の1例を経験したので，ここに追加報告するとともに，本邦報告例44例について若干の統計的考察を加えた。

A 51-year-old man was admitted because of terminal pain of urination.

Cystoscopy revealed a large sessile tumor at the right lateral wall of the bladder. Angiography also showed abundant tumor vessels at the right corresponding region. Total cystectomy and ileal conduit construction were carried out under the diagnosis of invasive bladder tumor. However, histo-logical diagnosis was leiomyoma of the bladder. Postoperative course was uneventful. The patient is living and well without any recurrence or metastasis.

Leiomyoma of the bladder was reviewed in regard to clinicopathological findings of 44 cases reported in our country.
