緒言
盲管重複尿管は比較的稀な尿路奇形の1つである。著者らは同側に発育不全腎，腎結石および膀胱尿管逆流を合併した33歳，女性の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 33-year old woman was referred to us for further examination of the recurrent pyelonephritis on September 14 th, in 1981. Urinalysis demonstrated bacteriuria. KUB revealed three stone-like shadows in the right renal area. Excretory pyelography showed the right bifida ureter with renal hypoplasia and pyelonephritis. It also showed secondary left renal hyperplasia. Cystography with 250 ml contrastmedium clearly demonstrated right vesicoureteral reflux and right blind ending bifida ureter.
