Two cases of congenital renal arteriovenous fistula in 26 and 43 years old women were reported.
Both cases were seen with asymptomatic gross hematuria without any cardiovascular symptoms. Physical examination, laboratory data, cystoscopy, and excretory urogram were normal in both cases. In case 1, the arterial stage of renal angiogram demonstrated cirsoid type arteriovenous fistula of the right kidney with early venous return. Angiogram of case 2 demonstrated similar findings. Nephrectomy was performed in both cases.
