緒言
盲管重複尿管（blind ending bifid ureter）は従来極めて稀な尿管奇形とされている。最近われわれは膀胱尿管逆流を合併した女児症例を経験治療したので報告し，併せて若干の考察を加えてみた。
A 7 years old girl was admitted to our hospital for the evalution of reccurent urinary tract infection associated with intermittent febrile episodes for the past 2 years. IVP showed nomal kidneys. Voiding cystourethrography revealed a reflux into right bifid ureter. One segment of this Y ureter was extending from the stem which was only 1 cm from the vesical wall to the level of renal pelvis where it ended blind. In all reported cases, the excision of the blind ending ureter was performed.
