Bourneville Pringle病に合併した血管筋脂肪腫の1例

A CASE OF BOURNEVILLE-PRINGLE'S DISEASE

緒言

　腎の良性腫瘍は稀なものであるが，そのうちangiomyolipomaは比較的多くみられ，臨床的にrenal cell carcinomaとの鑑別が困難なため重視されている。

　われわれはBourneville-Pringle病（以下B-P病と略す）に合併したangiomyolipomaを経験したので報告し，あわせて若干の文献的考察を加える。

A 27-year-old woman was first seen with flank pain on the left side on Sept. 7. 1978. Past history showed the facial sebaceous adenoma around the nasolabial folds symmetrically. Physical examination revealed two masses palpable at the hypochondrium on both side. X-ray and C-T scanning examination of the head showed multiple calcified lesions. Remakably abnormal hypervascularity and tortuosity were noticed at both kidney by aortography. Biopsy of left kidney was done. Histological findings revealed angiomyolipoma.
