盲管に結石を伴う盲管重複尿管の1例

A CASE OF BLIND ENDING BIFID URETER WITH STONE IN THE BLIND BRANCH

緒言

　盲管重複尿管は非常に稀な尿路奇形の1つであるが，われわれは盲管に結石を合併し盲端が膀胱後方に迷入した症例を経験したので，その臨床像につき考察を加え報告する。

A 47-year-old man visited our hospital with a chief complaint of lower abdominal pain. An excretory urography showed left bifid ureter and the accessory ureter was bifurcated from primary ureter approxi-mately 1 cm from bladder wall. RP revealed a stone in the accessory ureter and size of stone was 10×8 mm. An operation was performed which revealed that accessory ureter ran upwards along the primary ureter for about 4 cm, then ran downward, and ended blind behind the bladder.
