緒言

　重複尿管の一枝が盲端に終わる盲管重複尿管（Blind Ending Bifid Ureter）は，本邦では今なお尿管憩室（Ureteral Diverticulum）の名称で報告されている例が多いが，私も本症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 35 year old male with the chief complaint of left flank pain visited our clinic and blind ending bifid ureter was discovered by passing the ureteral catheter into the right blind ending ureter, unexpectedly, during retrograde pyelography for suspected left ureteral calculi.

79 cases from the literature abroad (including Takahashi and Tsuchiya's case of Japan) and 21 cases, including this case, from the Japanese literature were collected.
