良性出血性孤立性巨大腎嚢胞の1例

A CASE OF BENIGN HEMORRHAGIC SOLITARY GIANT RENAL CYST

はじめに

　腎嚢胞の内容液は清澄，麦黄色で脂肪を含まないとされているが，稀に悪性腫瘍の合併など，はつきりした出血の原因なしで血性液や凝血塊の時があり，このような場合，特に良性出血性腎嚢胞とも言われている^1,2）。今回，われわれは良性出血性孤立性巨大腎嚢胞と考えられる1例を経験したので報告するとともに二，三文献的考察を加える。

A 19-year-old boy with chief complaint of left upper abdominal tumor was admitted to our clinic. On physical examination, an over child's-head-sized smooth tumor was found filling the left side of his abdomen. The first CT scan showed a solitary giant renal cyst, but the second CT scan one month after showed bizarre mass in the cyst and tumor sonography also had same findings. The complication of cancer in the cyst wall was suspected and transabdominal radical nephrectomy was done. The specimen composed of the kidney and cyst measured about 20×19×18 cm and weighted 2,100g.
