膀胱自然破裂の1例

SPONTANEOUS RUPTURE OF THE URINARY BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　外傷性膀胱破裂は，交通事故や労働災害の増加に伴つて増加の一途にある。それに比して膀胱自然破裂は稀な疾患とされていたが，近年その報告例が増加している。今回，われわれは再発性破裂と思われた膀胱自然破裂の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 52 year-old man was admitted with a complaint of lower abdominal pain. He underwent explo-ratory laparotomy followed by acute abdomen seven years before. Though drip infusion pyelography could not lead an accurate diagnosis, computed tomography and cystography revealed an extravasation of the contrast medium into the peritoneal cavity. With a diagnosis of spontaneous rupture of the bladder, resection and closure of the ruptured site was performed. The postoperative course was un-eventful.
