はじめに
膀胱憩室腫瘍は比較的稀な疾患であるが，その組織型のうちで腺癌は極めて稀で本邦では自験例を含め，3例の報告があるにすぎない1〜2）。今回われわれは前立腺肥大症および膀胱憩室の診断のもとに手術を行つたところ，思いがけなくも膀胱憩室腺癌であつたという症例を経験したので報告する。
A 80-year-old man had complaint of dysuria for several years. Because of urinary retention and macroscopic hematuria, he was admitted to our hospital on October 3. Diverticulectomy of urinary blad-der and suprapubic prostatectomy were performed under the diagnosis of diverticulum of urinary bladder and benign prostatic hyperplasia on October 8.
