副睾丸転移により発見された胃癌の1例

GASTRIC CARCINOMA REVEALED BY METASTATIC TUMOR OF EPIDIDYMIS

緒　言

　睾丸，副睾丸，精索の続発性腫瘍は，原発性のものと比較して，その数はきわめて少ない。最近われわれは陰嚢部腫瘤を主訴として来院，精査の結果，進行性胃癌が発見され，これによる副睾丸転移と判明した症例を経験したので報告する。

A 72-year-old man was admitted with the complaint of intrascrotal tumor. Metastatic focus in the right epididymis was found histologically by epididymectomy and advanced adenocarcinoma of the stomach was detected later. Retrograde lymphatic invasion and retrograde extension through the was deferens were considered as possible routes of metastasis in this case.

Secondary tumors of testis, epididymis and spermatic cord were reviewed in the literature.
