緒言

　膀胱エンドメトリオージスは女子にみられる比較的稀な疾患で，Abeshouse　（1960）^1）によるとエンドメトリオージス全体の中で膀胱に発生する頻度は1.1％とされている。

　最近本症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of bladder endometriosis in a 45 year old house wife with the chief complaint of gross hematuria before and during menstration was reported. First menstration started at the age of 14, menstrual cycle was 30 days, married when she was 31 but was never pregnant and past history revealed no cystitis nor any surgery. Chief complaint started about the age of 30 and gross hematiria started 2 to 3 days before or during every period. At cystoscopy a walnut sized mass with a broad base was noticed at the posterior wall of the bladder and few cysts partly dark blue in color were noticed at the surface.
