S状結腸癌の膀胱浸潤の2例

BLADDER INFILTRATION FROM CARCINOMA OF THE SIGMOID COLON: REPORT OF TWO CASES

はじめに

　S状結腸癌がしだいに進行すると，膀胱へ浸潤することはそれほど稀なことではない。

　しかしながら，泌尿器科的症状を主として，精査の結果S状結腸癌による続発性膀胱腫瘍と診断される症例は比較的少ない。最近著者は，膀胱症状を主訴とし，S状結腸癌の膀胱浸潤と診断された2例を経験したのでここに報告する。

Case 1: A 66 year old male visited the Urological Department of Niigata University complaining constipation since autumn, 1972 which was complicated with dysuria and fever from December. Transurethral resection of tumor was done on March 7, 1973 under the diagnosis of bladder tumor. The findings were of papillary adenocarcinoma by histological studies. Patient was discharged after postoperative intravcsical instillation of Mitomycin C but was readmitted for sudden bladder tamponade by blood clots on May, 23, and the diagnosis of cancer of sigmoid colon was established by barium enema.
