膀胱良性腫瘍（非上皮性）の3例

BENIGN MESOTHELIAL BLADDER TUMOR

はじめに

　膀胱腫瘍の大部分を占めるものは上皮性腫瘍であるが，膀胱壁を構成する結合織，血管，リンパ管，筋肉，神経などからも腫瘍が発生することはよく知られている。これら非上皮性の膀胱腫瘍は全体の5％以下といわれており，日常遭遇する機会も少ない。最近われわれは良性腫瘍の3例を経験したので報告し，検討を加えてみたい。

Three cases of benign meso.helial bladder tumors, a hemangioma in a 2 years and 11 months old girl, a fibroma in a 62 year old male and a myxofibroma in a 45 year old house wife, were reported.

Benign bladder tumors and rare are 115 cases are reported in the Japanese literature. Among them 50 cases (43%) were myoma, 40 cases (35%) were hemangioma, 17 cases (15%) were fibroma one each case were lipoma, osteoma and neurofibroma respectively. Initial Symptomes were hematuria, frequent urination, pain by urination. dysuria, mass formation, urinary retention and others.
