乳児腎結石症の1例

A CASE OF RENAL CALCULI IN INFANT

緒言

　小児の腎結石症の報告例は比較的に稀なものである。ことに乳児の腎結石の報告例は極めて少ない。われわれは，生後3ヵ月の排泄性腎盂撮影（以下IVPと略す）では結石様陰影はみられなかつたが，生後約7ヵ月の腹部単純撮影で左腎結石を発見，さらにその後約1年1ヵ月目のIVPでは明らかな鋳型結石としてみられた乳児（男）の腎結石症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。本邦での乳児（1歳未満）の腎結石症は自験例を含め7例である。

Case is a 4 month old male who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of fever, on February 12, 1968. Urography done on January 10, 1968 did not outline the calculi in the left kidney but the urography on May 31 or 7 months after birth showed a stone-like shadow at the left renal region which grew to a staghorn calculi by the urography done on November 7 of the same year. Surgery was performed on November 18, removing the left kidney with pyonephrotic findings and mud-like stone.
