緒言
膀胱外反症は先天的に膀胱前壁および下部腹壁が欠損し，膀胱粘膜が外部に露出している疾患で，多くは他の泌尿外性器奇型を合併した完全型である。最近16歳女子の完全膀胱外反症の1例を経験し，本症にLowsley-Johnson法で手術し成功したので報告する。
A case of complete extrophy of the bladder in a 16 year-old-female was presented. Plastic surgery of external genitalia and lower abdomen after primary removal of bladder mucosa and contraction of rectal bladder with sigmoid pull-through by Lowsley-Johnson procedure was done. Urinary incontinence is completely controled with normal renal function 2 and half years after surgery. She is enjoying a happy life as an office girl.
Microscopic study of sections taken through mucosa of the bladder showed cyst formation, grandlike structure, epidermis-like degeneration and leukoplakia, but no malignancy.
