膀胱エンドメトリオージスの1例

A CASE OF THE BLADDER ENDOMETRIOSIS

緒言

　エンドメトリオージスは，婦人科領域では珍しい疾患ではないが，これが膀胱内に発生することは非常に稀である。膀胱エンドメトリオージスは，本邦では1919年石川^1）により報告されたものが第1例であり，現在までに文献上58例が報告されている。最近われわれは本症の1例を経験したので，症例を報告するとともに本邦59症例について若干の統計的考察を加えた。

We reported herein a case of the bladder endometriosis in a 42-year--old woman who complained of micturition pain at the time of menses. Patient had a past history of hysterectomy for myoma uteri, after which micturition pain appeared especially at the time of menses. Cystoscopy revealed many cysts with dark-blue color at the dorsal wall of the bladder. Partial cystectomy was carried out and histology showed endometriosis of the bladder.

We reviewed reported cases of bladder endometriosis with regard to symptom, localization, therapy, adhesion with other organs.
