　睾丸原発の腫瘍は，最近報告症例がかなり多くなつたのだが，全泌尿性器腫瘍の3〜4％といわれており，その睾丸腫瘍の中でも，小児の腫瘍は全睾丸腫瘍の2〜3％であるので，稀な疾患と考えられている。われわれは最近1年間に小児の成熟奇形腫3例を経験したので報告すると共に，若干の文献的考察を加えてみた。

Case 1 is a 2 year-old boy who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of pigeon-egg sized indolent mass in the left scrotum since 9 months old. The mass, removed by high orchiectomy, was adult teratoma.

Case 2 is a 11 month-old boy with the chief complaint of pigeon-egg sized mass in the left scrotum.Left orchiectomy revealed adult teratoma without malignancy.

Case 3 is a 5 month-old boy with a mass in the left scrotum. Thumb-tip sized induration was palpat-ed in the left testicle. The histological findings of the removed tumor showed undifferentiated tissue such as neuroblast, but no malignancy was found.
