Ⅰ．緒言

　尿道原発の非上皮性腫瘍は比較的まれな疾患であり，本邦で報告されているものはいずれも女子尿道原発である。我々は最近やはり21才の女子尿道に原発せる平滑筋腫の1例を治験したので報告する。

Case is a 21 years old unmarried female, who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of uncom-fortable feeling at the external genitalia, and bleeding and pus-like discharge from the urethra for 3 months duration. One month previously, a mass was noticed at the external genitalia. A hen-egg sized, elastic hard mass covered with mucous membrane was noticed at the anterior wall of the external urethral orifice but there were no infiltration to the surrounding tissue.

The general condition and clinical examination results showed nothing particular. Simple excision of the mass, which sized 5×4×3.5cm and weighed 28g was performed.
