女子尿道平滑筋腫の1例

A CASE OF URETHRAL LEIOMYOMA IN A FEMALE PATIENT

　22歳，未婚女性で，外陰部腫瘤よりの出血を主訴とした尿道平滑筋腫を経験した。腫瘍は尿道前壁より有茎性に発育し，表面に慢性炎症の副産物と思われる尖圭コンジローマをともなっていた。摘出された腫瘍の大きさは，35×30×22 mmであった。術後経過は良好で，6ヵ月を経過する現在，再発を認めていない。自験例は本邦報告第84例目にあたる。

A 22-year-old unmarried woman was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of bleed-ing mass at external genitalia. The pedunculate mass was protruded from the anterior wall of the urethra and associated with condyloma acuminatum, which appeared to be a by-product of chronic inflammation. The removed mass was 35 × 30 × 22 mm in size. Eighty-four cases of urethral leiomyoma and paraurethral leiomyoma in female have been reported to date including our case in Japanese literature.
