女子傍尿道平滑筋腫の1例

A CASE OF PARAURETHRAL LEIOMYOMA IN A FEMALE

　44歳，既婚女性。外陰部違和感，陰部腫瘤を主訴に受診。膀胱瘤を思わせるような外観で，腟前壁より弾性可動性で圧痛のない腫瘤を触知した。MRIにて辺縁明暸で周囲との境界も明らかな腫瘍が認められた。傍尿道腫瘍と診断し，経腟的腫瘍摘出術を施行した。腫瘍は尿道腟中隔に存在し，被膜に覆われ，尿道および腟壁との交通はなく剥離は容易であった。病理診断は平滑筋腫であった。女子傍尿道平滑筋腫の1例を経験したので報告した。

A 44-year old woman was hospitalized with chief com-plaint of genital discomfort and painless mass.

Local findings revealed an elastic and soft mass in the urethrovaginal septum.

The mass was removed transvaginally, which was not communicated with urethra and vaginal wall, 5.5×4.5× 2.5 cm in size and 42 g in weight. Surface of the tumor was smooth. The cut surface was even and yellow-white color.

Pathological diagnosis was benign leiomyoma without any evidence of infiltration.
