女子傍尿道平滑筋腫

PARAURETHRAL LEIOMYOMA IN A FEMALE: A CASE REPORT

　17歳，女性。外陰部の腫瘤，排尿痛，出血を主訴として受診。外尿道口と思われる部分に拇指頭大，赤色，表面やや不整，弾性軟の腫瘤を認め，尿道腫瘍の診断にて摘出術を施行した。腫瘍は尿道前壁にあり，腫瘍と尿道粘膜との剥離は容易であった。腫瘍は18×12×18mm,7gで割面は黄白色を呈し充実性であった。病理組織診断は平滑筋腫であった。術後排尿障害も見られず経過良好である。

A 17-year old female was admitted to the hospital with the chief compliant of a soft mass at the external genitalia. Local findings revealed a thumb-sized and elastic soft mass, protruding from anterior wall of the urethra. The removed tumor was 1. 8 × 1. 2 × 1. 8 cm in size and 7 g in weight. No commu-nication between tumor and urethra was observed. Histopathological diagnosis was benign leiomyoma.
