女子尿道平滑筋腫の1例

A CASE OF FEMALE URETHRAL LEIOMYOMA

緒言

　尿道の非上皮性腫瘍は，良性・悪性ともに比較的まれな疾患であるが，臨床上，カルンクルス，尿道癌などとの鑑別のうえから重要なものと考えられる。

　本邦における女子尿道非上皮性良性腫瘍は池上^1）（1916）の報告以来，自験例を含め38例にすぎない。

Case is a 38 year old female, married government employee, who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of a indolent mass at the external urethral orifice for one year duration.

Local findings revealed a smooth surfaced, elastic soft, broad based, over thumb tip sized tumor at the posterior wall of the external urethral orifice, without bleeding, pain, erosion nor tenderness and clearly demarkated with no infiltration by vaginal examination. Inguinal lymph nodes were not palpable nor swollen. Cystoscope was passed easily and bladder mucosa and bladder neck were within normal limits. Other examination showed no abnormal findings.
