はじめに
女子尿道および尿道周辺部に発生する非上皮性良性腫瘍は比較的稀とされている。われわれは最近，女子傍尿道に発生した平滑筋腫と子宮腺筋症を合併した症例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。
A 44-year-old married female was admitted to the hospital with the chief complaint of a painless mass at the external genitalia. Local findings revealed a thumb-sized, smooth surfaced and elastic soft mass in the urethrovaginal septum. The mass, removed transvaginally, was solid, oval shaped, 2. 5×2.0×1.5cm in size and 8g in weight. Histopathological study showed benign leiomyoma. There were only 43 documented cases of female paraurethral leiomyoma in Japanese literature previously. We presented a clinical analysis of the 44 cases including our case.
