壊死性血管炎の組織像を呈せる正副睾丸炎の1例

A CASE OF ORCHITIS AND EPIDIDYMITIS WITH HISTOLOGICALLY PROVED NECROTIZING ANGIITIS

Ⅰ．緒言

　1952年Zeek^1）は壊死性血管炎を病理組織学的に分類し，結節性動脈周囲炎をその範疇に含めた新らしい見地に立つ論説を報告し，今日多くの注目をあびている。

　著者等はZeekの報告と同様な壊死性血管炎の組織像を偏側の正副睾丸にのみ局限してみられた1例を経験したので，ここに報告し，若干の文献的考察を試みる次第である。またZeekの説に則り分類するとしたならば，従来，閉塞性睾丸炎として述べられていた睾丸炎の中にも本症例のような組織像を呈するものがあると考えられるので，その病因等に関して今後の検索とともに興味深いものと思われる。

A very interesting case of necrotizing angiitis, which showed its histopathological findings localized inthe testis and epididymis, in a 42 years old male was reported. The interesting point of this case of necrotizing angiitis is that, the diagnosis was confirmed by discussing the case histopathologically and drug allergy was considered as the cause, since it started after the treatment for urethritis.

This disease is very unfamiliar to the urologist and is suspected to be mixed in with those cases reported as infarct of the testis, therefore the differential diagnosis was discussed and the literature reviewed.
