　はじめに

　鼻アレルギーは現在，耳鼻咽喉科領域ではきわめて重要な疾患のひとつになってきており，患者の実態，治療法などにも以前と比べ変化が認められる。

　今回1989年，1990年に大阪大学耳鼻咽喉科を受診した鼻アレルギー患者において，おもに抗原，治療につき10年前（1979，1980年）との比較を行った。いくつかの興味ある結果が得られたので報告する。

In this study, we examined the change of mode of treatments and allergens in patients with nasal allergy. The incidence of nasal allergy in our clinic has been increasing, however in recent ten years, there was no significant change.

Males suffer from nasal allergy in earlier age than females. The incidence of asthma and atopic dermatitis as complications detected in past and family history was increased compared with those in ten years ago.

In the skin test, the positive rate of house dusts and mites was one of the highest, and Japanese cedar pollinosis was significantly increased. In the treatment, immunotherapy and antihistamines were main treatments ten years ago, but in this time the mast cell stablizing agents and steroid nasal spray are mainly used in our clinic.
