　I．はじめに

　鼻アレルギーは，多様多彩の経過をとり，しかも急性または慢性の病態を示す疾患である。前回，我々は当科における鼻アレルギー患者の傾向^1）とそのアレルゲン^2）について報告を行ったが，今回は主として治療の面から，受診時の患者背景と，その後の治療動態を見るため疫学調査を行ったので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

　The choice of therapy of nasal allergy was often influenced by patient's age. Especially, there was a remarkable difference between above 20 years of age and under 20 years of age of the patients. Concerning the period of therapies, there were the factors as follows ; a dropping-out from therapy was relatively rare in the patients above 20 years old, even though they continued therapy for as long period of time as more than 2 years. On the contrary, an early dropping-out from therapy was often seen in the patients of less than 10 years old. The relation between the period and regional distribution was not so significant. Regarding the effect of therapy, the best control of symptoms was achieved in the patients whose therapeutic duration was 1 to less than 2 years.
