大阪大学における鼻アレルギーの現況—（第12報）副鼻腔炎を伴う鼻アレルギーにおけるプロンカズマ・ベルナの皮内テストについて

Skin Test of Broncasma Berna and Sinusitis

はじめに

　当科では，鼻アレルギーの患者に対し，アレルゲン確定のため，種々の皮内テストを施行している。その中の一つとして多種死菌ワクチンであるブロンカズマ・ベルナ（Broncasma Berna，以下，BB）を行っている。今回，BBの皮内テストと鼻アレルギーに合併する副鼻腔炎との関係を検討したところ，興味ある成績を認めたので若干の考察を加え報告する。

In 98 patients with nasal allergy, correlation be-tween intradermal skin test of broncasma berna (BB) and sinusitis by nasal X-ray was examined. Three types of reactions of skin test were measured in all cases; immediate type, late type and delayed type. Sinusitis was observed in 24 of 98 cases (24.5%). Sinusitis diagnosed by nasal X-ray was significantly related with late type skin test of BB. It seemed that late type allergy might play a important role of development of sinusitis.
