大阪大学における鼻アレルギーの現況（第2報）—アレルゲンについて

　I．はじめに

　現在，耳鼻咽喉科領域で極めて重要な疾患になってきた鼻アレルギーは，全国各地において増加を示すことが報告^1）されている。筆者らも大阪周辺において，鼻アレルギーが著明に増加し，その増加は大阪市内より周辺地区に多い特徴のあることを報告^2）した。

　今回はその鼻アレルギー患者を，アレルゲン皮内反応で検査し，また特にその内のスギ花粉症も検討し，いくつか興味ある傾向が認められたので，若干の文献的考察も加え報告する。

　The patients with nasal allergy were examined by skin reactions to eight allergens in our hospital.In recent two years, house dust allergen was positive about 60 per cent and ragweed allergen was about 45 per cent of the patients. The numbers of the patients who reacted to Japanese cedar significantly increased recently. Japanese cedar pollinosis was especialy found in March to May oftree season. The age of patients with house dust allergy were younger than those with other allergens. In Osaka city, house dust was the most important allergen, on the other hand, around Osaka city pollens and house dust were important.
