　はじめに

　Solitary fibrous tumorは，そのほとんどが胸膜などの漿膜に発生する良性腫瘍である。そのほか腹膜，心膜などにも発生するが，漿膜面とは関係ない部位にも発生することが知られており，耳鼻咽喉科領域では鼻腔，副鼻腔，上咽頭の報告例が散見される^1〜9）。

　今回われわれは，鼻中隔前端部に発生した症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Solitary fibrous tumor is rare neoplasm that typically arises in the pleura, but recently the tumor wasreported to occur in other areas.

A 49-year-old woman with a tumor of the nasal sep-tum was complaining of nasal obstruction. The tumor was then removed through the nasal cavity easily with-out nasal deformity. Histopathological diagnosis was soli-tary fibrous tumor. The tumor cells were immunoreac-tive for CD34, vimentin and actin. After the operation, there was no evidence of recurrence for 5 years.
