鼻涙管から発生したsolitary fibrous tumorの1例

Solitary fibrous tumor of the nasolacrimal duct: A case report

はじめに

　孤立性線維性腫瘍（solitary fibrous tumor：SFT）は，1931年にKlempererらにより胸膜に発生する腫瘍として報告された^1）。その後，腹膜，肝臓，腎臓，縦隔，副腎，膀胱など，胸膜外の全身に発生したSFTが報告されており，現在は間葉系細胞に由来する腫瘍と考えられている。頭頸部領域では口腔，副咽頭間隙，副鼻腔などで報告されているが，涙囊や鼻涙管に発生したものは稀である。今回われわれは，鼻涙管から発生したと考えられるSFTに対し，経鼻内視鏡下に摘出しえた症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

　Solitary fibrous tumor（SFT）is a relatively rare mesenchymal tumor that often occurs in the pleura, but it can be found anywhere. Previous reports of SFTs occurring in the lacrimal sac or nasolacrimal duct are rare.

　We report a case of solitary fibrous tumor in the nasolacrimal duct. A 48-year-old man was admitted to our hospital complaining of left nasal discharge. Complete tumor resection was performed by endoscopic endonasal approach. Since postoperative nasolacrimal duct stenosis was anticipated, a dacryocystorhinostomy was also performed.
