　はじめに

　鼻前庭嚢胞は鼻前庭部に発生する嚢胞性疾患の総称とされている^1）。20〜50歳に好発し，女性に多いといわれている^2）。部位的には大部分が下鼻道前端の鼻前庭下に存在し，左右いずれかに偏することが多いが，正中例，両側例もときにみられる^1）。

　今回われわれは，両側上顎洞にまたがった鼻前庭嚢胞を経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する。

Nasolabial cyst is a common name of cystic disease which develops on the nasal vesibule. This disease likely occurs in female aged twenty tofifty years old. The most cases are unilateral, but some are on the midline or bilateral. We report a case of 41-year-old male who developed cysts in the bilateral maxillary sinuses. The ortho-pantomogra-phy showed two radicular dissociations, which in-dicated a possibility of two cysts. It was suggested that infection of those cysts expanded to the maxil-lary sinuses, and the infection might be secondary to dental caries.
