　はじめに

　蝶形骨洞アスペルギルス症は比較的稀な疾患であるが，免疫不全の有無を問わず重大な転帰をとることがある。最近われわれは蝶形骨洞アスペルギルス症の2症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Two cases of Aspergillus infection of the sphenoid sinus are described. Case-1: a man aged 19 with acute lymphocyte leukemia complained of pain in the medial part of the deep orbita, during remission of leukemia. Pain was temporarily controlled with antibiotics, but visual disturbance was appeared. Intranasal sphenoidotomy was per-formed and complains were disappeared. But after remission, pain recurred and the patient died of tubercular pleurisy. Case-2: a otherwise healthy man aged 71 with history of pain in the temporal area for 2 years complained of strong headache and nausea. Transpalatine sphenoidotomy was per-formed and disclosed Aspergillosis of the sphenoid. The patient's postoperative course were uneventful for 4 months.
