　I．はじめに

　アスペルギルスはEumycetesの中のAscomycetesに属し，肺，胸膜，肝脾，腎を始めとし，しばしば他の部分にも急性または慢性炎症をひきおこす。鼻副鼻腔の場合は，われわれの調べたかぎりでは34例の報告があり，本邦にては4例あるのみである。報告例がこれほど少ないのは一つにはこの疾患に対する認識不足，一つには真菌培養が日常に行なわれていないため見のがされているのではないかと思われる。われわれは一側の蝶形骨洞に限局し鼻内手術により治癒せしめた症例を経験したので，ここに報告するしだいである。

　Aspergillosis of the nasal and paranasal cavity is not so common and only 34 cases were reported in the past in review of the available literature. Our casc is a 39 year old female with the chief complaint of bloody postnasal discharge of 3 months' duration. X-ray examination revealed diffuse shadow in the left sphenoid sinus. The ostium of the left sphenoid sinus was surgically enlarged through a transnasal approach and inspissated dark green colored mass was taken out of the sinus. Pathological diagnosis was aspergillosis. Postoperative course was uneventfull and her complaints were completely removed about 3 weeks after the operation.
