はじめに
副鼻腔真菌症の大部分は上顎洞に発生し，蝶形骨洞に限局した真菌症は少なく，副鼻腔真菌症全体の5〜10％といわれている1〜7）。特に視力障害をきたした症例の報告は非常に少ない。今回われわれは，蝶形骨洞に限局した真菌症2症例を経験したので報告する。そのうち1例は高度の視力障害をきたした。
Two cases with sphenoid sinus mycosis weredescribed. A patient showed blurred vision and surgery was performed to improve visual acuity. Aspergillus was detected in both cases.
Fungal culture was negative, but fungal hyphae were histopathologically found in both cases.
